Zoom Error Code 1132: Meaning and First Steps
Long-term users report that Error 1132 is a device ban linked to violations of Zoom's terms. They report that the ban cannot be reversed and that 1132 Fixer provides a workaround.
How to recognize Error 1132
Users report that Error 1132 appears in the Zoom desktop app when they try to join any meeting or sign in to a Zoom account on the affected device. These are long-term user reports, not an official Zoom diagnosis.
First steps
Update Zoom. Retry and report the error to Zoom. Check whether the problem happens in desktop Zoom, browser, or both. Save required local data before a reset. Choose Windows profile workflow, macOS reset workflow, or browser cleanup.
Reinstall and reset options
Reinstalling Zoom replaces the program but may leave local profile or browser state. A new Windows helper profile and browser site-data removal are separate operations. Reinstalling Windows is not required by this toolkit. None of these operations proves the cause.
These tools change local state. They cannot confirm why Zoom refused access, remove an account restriction, or guarantee recovery.
